Good quality, slow support
I ordered the Makerzoid robot kit for my son. It arrived in about a week, which was okay. The quality of the parts seems pretty good, sturdy plastic and all. He really enjoys building it. I did have a question about the programming software and it took customer service almost two days to get back to me. That was a bit slow, but the answer was helpful once I got it. Overall satisfied for the price.
Good drone kit, clear instructions
I bought one of their DIY drone kits. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. It shipped out fairly quickly, got to my place in Ohio within 6 days. All the components were nicely organized in the box. The instructions provided were surprisingly clear, which is a big plus for a DIY project like this. I had a small issue with one of the motor drivers, seemed a bit finicky, but I swapped it with another one I had and it worked. It flies pretty well for a DIY build.
